GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS KIDZ TRAINING (TERMS AND CONDITIONS)  

§1 Offer

1The provider organizes training sessions for children ("KidZ Training") within the framework of course blocks of several months.  

§2 Registration

1The participating children (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") are registered by their parents (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") or by their legally valid legal guardians. 2The registration and participation are valid for a selected course. 3The course days of the course are apparent prior to registration. 4The participation in the course is not transferable. Registration is made in writing via email and transfer of the advertised course fee. 6The participant is only considered registered after full payment has been received. 7The advertised course fee must be received in full on the provider's account before the start of the first training session. 8The parents or the legally valid legal guardian confirms that the participant has no health problems or risks. 10The provider must be informed of any pre-existing medical conditions or medical, psychological and/or social problems affecting the participant's suitability for the course prior to the start of the course. 11The customer's contact information (name, address, email, cell phone number) must be provided to the provider upon registration. 12The customer is asked not to be at the course location during the time of the course hours, but undertakes to be reachable by cell phone during this time. 13There is no right to register and participate in the course. 14Admission to the course is reserved for the provider and can be refused without giving reasons. 15The course allocation takes place in order of receipt of payment. 16By registering for the course, the customer

accepts the terms and conditions.  

§3 Cancellation of a course by the provider

1The provider reserves the right to cancel courses if the number of participants is too low. 2Paid fees will either be credited and can be used for a later course or will be refunded.

§4 Withdrawal of registration by the customer

1Retraction of the registration must be made in writing. 2The date of receipt (by post or email) of the written letter of withdrawal shall apply. 3If a registration is withdrawn less than 15 days before the first day of the course, the paid course fee will be refunded minus a 15 EUR expense fee. 4If a registration is withdrawn less than 8 days before the first day of the course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. 5If a participant does not show up for the course without a written request for withdrawal, the full course fee will be retained without ompensation.  

§5 Attendance

1Course lessons not attended cannot be paid for and cannot be made up. 2The cancellation of a participant from the course in progress does not entitle the participant to a refund of the fee paid. 3If it can be proven that the participant is prevented from attending the course through no fault of his/her own for more than half of the course hours, the unattended course hours can be made up at a later date without additional costs by the prevented participant, subject to the provider's consent. 4There is no fundamental right to make up course hours according to §5 sentence 3.  

§6 Exclusion from the course

1The continuation of an ongoing course participation can be refused by the provider in justified cases. 2In the event of a participant's premature justified exclusion from the course, the corresponding remaining pro-rata course fee will be refunded. 3For the refund, the customer will be charged an expense fee of 10.00 EUR.   §7 Liability 1The participation in the course is at your own risk. 2The provider assumes no liability for injuries and damages of any kind, which occurred during the participation in the course or as a result of it directly or indirectly. 3The provider is not liable for valuables brought along. 4The participant's parents/legally valid legal guardians shall be liable for any damage to the course rooms and access routes or the

inventory caused by the participant.

§7 Liability

1The participation in the course is at your own risk. 2The provider assumes no liability for injuries and damages of any kind, which occurred during the participation in the course or as a esult of it directly or indirectly. 3The provider is not liable for valuables brought along. 4The participant's parents/legally valid legal guardians shall be liable for any damage to the course rooms and access routes or the inventory caused by the participant.

§8 Media use and data protection according to german DSGVO

1The provider has the right to take pictures and film material of the course operation during the course hours. 2Image and film material recorded during the course may be used and published by the provider free of charge for advertising purposes in print and digital media (Internet, homepage, social networks and the like) for an unlimited period of time. 3The creation of image and film material by customers and guests on the business premises is only permitted after consultation with the provider. 4Publication of image and film material reated in accordance with §8 sentence 3 may only take place with the written permission of the provider. 5The visitor of the website agrees to the use of cookies by the website. 6The participants and their legal guardians agree to the storage of their personal data (in printed form and digitally) when registering for the courses offered.  

§9 Participation actions

1Winners of participation campaigns such as film and image submissions will be determined internally by drawing lots. 2Winnings are not transferable and cannot be paid out. 3All film and

image material submitted may be used, stored, edited, modified and published by KidZ Training Deutschland for an unlimited period and free of charge for advertising purposes in print and online media. 4Participation campaigns may run for a limited period of time and may be terminated without notice. 5There is no right to participate and/or win prizes. 6The legal process is excluded.  

§10 Validity

1The invalidity of a point of the contract does not affect the validity of the remaining points of the contract. 2There are no verbal side agreements. 3Any contractual agreements must be in must be in writing. 3If one point of the GTC is invalid, the remaining points shall remain valid. 4The substitute provision corresponding most closely to the invalidated point shall apply.

§11 Online courses

1The participation in online courses of the provider is entirely at your own risk. 2The provider assumes no liability for any damages, accidents, injuries, consequential damages or similar. Participants of online courses are responsible for their own health and the safe imitation and execution of all exercises contained in the courses. and, if necessary, should undergo a ealth examination by a competent physician at their own expense prior to participation. 4Online courses are activated for a period of 1 month, 4 months or 12 months. 5The duration of the activation may vary depending on the course.
