“Kids love animals. Why shouldn´t they? They have every reason to do so, because every single animal gives you something to learn...”
- Dennis A. Hartmann
If you ar a loving parent you will probably know how much children love animals. You almost can´t take a walk and passing by any dog or cat without stopping and watching when you have your child with you.
But why is that?
As a happy daddy of three (today 12, 10 and 6 years old) I made my own conclusions about that question.
I guess, children can see right into the heart of the creature. Meaning that, they don´t reflect what they see as much as they feel what they see.
And therefore they are capable of creating a unique interpretation of that other lifeform.
Imagine you pass a field with horses and your 5 year old daughter looks at them admiring and you ask her spontaneously
"Honey, show me. How is the horsy doing?"
Can you imagine the show?
